Slim Sendjani brings 12 years of international experience in building design, permit packages, programming, and BIM workflows. Established in 2017, our practice delivers building design, advanced openBIM modeling, and technical coordination for municipal permit documentation.
3. Mandatory Professional Notice & Mandate Boundaries
Sendjani and Partners is not an architectural firm and does not replace the services of a professional whose intervention is required by law. Where required by law, plans and specifications are signed and sealed by an architect, engineer, or professional technologist who is a member of their professional order. The information on this site is general and does not constitute legal advice. No permit timeline is guaranteed.
In compliance with Section 16.1 of the Architects Act (CQLR, c. A-21), our permit drawing services apply exclusively to legally exempt building categories (including single-family dwellings up to 2 stories and under 600 m² footprint, or multi-family buildings of up to 4 units, 2 stories, and under 300 m²). For any non-exempt building, architectural plans and specifications are prepared, signed, and sealed by a licensed architect or engineer who is an active member of their respective professional order.

All textual, graphic, vector SVG assets, logos, technical drawings, 3D renderings, and source code on this website remain the proprietary assets of Sendjani and Partners. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited. Non-contractual 3D visual representations are presented as demonstration concepts.
