State cultural complex set against the red sandstone topography of the Tassili plateau in Djanet. The programmatic scheme integrates a grand lyric theater, a dedicated cinema auditorium, conference hall, dance studios, and creative craft workshops. The contemporary design expression balances extreme arid bioclimatic performance with contemporary geometric moucharaby screens filtering desert sunlight.
